Grief support that honors your body, your story, and your pace

You don’t have to move through grief alone.

We offer 1:1 grief coaching, Reiki, and community-based support to help you process, feel, and reconnect in your own time and way.

Meet the Founder

Certified grief coach logo with a purple circle, an open book illustration, and a butterfly symbol, with the text "Certified Grief Coach" and initials "CGC".

Lori Rogers is a grief coach, Reiki practitioner, movement facilitator, and former educator with a deep commitment to supporting people through loss, transition, and change.

Her work is rooted in the belief that grief is not something to fix or move past—it’s something to tend. Through a combination of conversation, body-based practices, energy work, and presence, she offers a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

She views each person as creative, resourceful, and whole—capable of growth, healing, and change. You already hold the wisdom you need within you. Her role is not to direct or fix, but to walk alongside you as a guide, offering support, reflection, and care as you move through your own process.

Reiki is an important part of her practice, offering a gentle, restorative way to support the nervous system and create space for integration, especially when words feel hard to access. Whether you are working through conversation, quiet presence, or energy work, sessions are shaped by what you need in the moment.

She brings over two decades of experience supporting children, families, and individuals, along with a background in counseling, education, and mind-body movement. Her approach is relational, intuitive, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique experience.

You are welcome here in all parts of your experience.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing originating from Japan, designed to promote balance, healing, and wellness across your physical, emotional, and mental states.

By channeling universal life force energy through the hands, a Reiki practitioner can help you release stress, alleviate pain, and enhance your body’s natural healing abilities. It’s a non-invasive, safe practice that complements traditional medical treatments, offering a holistic approach to wellbeing.

Whether you are seeking relief from specific ailments or striving for a greater sense of peace and vitality, Reiki offers a unique path to achieving harmony and overall health.

Therapy & Coaching

What’s the Difference?

Therapy

Therapy is a valuable and important form of support. It often includes working with a diagnosis and focuses on understanding mental health, past experiences, and patterns over time.

It can be an essential space for processing trauma, navigating complex emotional experiences, and receiving structured clinical support.

For many people, therapy is a meaningful and needed part of healing—especially during times of grief and loss.

Grief Coaching

Grief coaching is a non-clinical, supportive space focused on how you are living with your grief right now—and how you want to move forward alongside it.

I see you as creative, resourceful, and whole. You already carry your own wisdom. My role is to walk alongside you as a guide, offering support as you reconnect with yourself.

Our work may include conversation, body awareness, and gentle practices to support your nervous system and sense of grounding.

Coaching can be especially helpful if you’re feeling stuck, wanting forward movement, or looking for support that includes both emotional and body-based approaches.

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy.
In many cases, the two can work together—
offering different kinds of support that
meet you in different ways.
