Resources

This is a space where I share practices, movement, and community offerings that I’ve
found meaningful in my own life and work.

You’re invited to explore what resonates, and leave what doesn’t.

Movement & Oula

Movement has been a meaningful part of my own life and work for many years. I’ve been teaching Oula for over a decade, and it continues to be a space where I reconnect, release, and come back to myself.

I was drawn to Oula because it offers something different. It’s not about getting the steps right or pushing your body—it’s about showing up as you are. Through music and movement, there is space for emotion, expression, and presence.

Over time, I’ve seen how powerful this kind of movement can be. For some, it becomes a way to process grief. For others, it’s a place to experience connection, joy, or simply a break from carrying so much. There is no expectation to feel a certain way—only an invitation to be in your body and move in a way that feels supportive.

Oula is also deeply rooted in community. It offers a space to be alongside others, to feel less alone, and to experience connection in a way that doesn’t require words.
